"For the past 4 months me and my 3 work colleagues have been staying in 2 apartments rented by our company in the building from Poiais de São Bento street that is part of the “Five Stars” serviced apartments. The whole experience has been a great one as the apartments come fully fitted (microwave, cooker, oven, kettle, coffee machine, pots and pans, cutlery, dinnerware) , so whether you wanna cook a light meal or a more complex one you have the nececessary (grocery shop just 5 minutes away) . There is also an included once a week cleaning service. The apartment is conveniently located to a 10 minutes relaxed walk from Baixa Chiado metro station. Another advantage is the convenient 28 tram that has stops right on the side of the building so all you need is to hopp on to have the best inexpensive Lisbon tour 🙂 , plus it is the easiest way to get right up to the famous Sao Jorge Castle. The staff from the Five Stars serviced apartments has always been very helpful. Even if not located on the premises (entry codes for building and apartment), we have been in permanent contact whether via phone/sms or a quick Wassap text and the response time is very fast as well ( even on New Years Eve 😛 ). Highly recommended…a 5***** for Five Stars. "
